Today's organisation is based on 4 big manipulators for pattern coating, 2 big drying owens, 2 mixing lines with 50 tons/hr mixing capacity, 4 Inductotherm 18 tons medium frequency furnaces, logistic completely organized with 100 tons cranes and 6 MW installed power.

In our shops consisting of 14.000 m² area we can develop up to 1.500 Tons per month with a lost foam process, based on polystyrene patterns.

Over the years, each machinery and organization investment has been detailed studied, in order to improve foundry process; we keep on developing solutions, to optimize more and more our production performance on big press line casting. In this respect, basing on 4 induction medium frequency furnaces and 6 MW of electric power, our melting centre can be flexible and liable, ensuring production continuity.

Our crane systems, structured on different crane types up to lifting capacity of 100 tons, is able to handle big casting and corresponding casting boxes all over the company.

Equipment redundancy is keyword in our organization to guarantee process liability in all departments: pattern coating & drying, melting, mixing & forming, sand blasting, metal finishing and sand recycling.
