Massifond supplies casting in grey and nodular cast iron for tool manufacturing in automotive industry: for this reason, we are always looking for optimization of any process step, in order to meet continuously increasing casting requirements for automotive tool manufacturing.

We are daily facing new challenges on casting's requirements for blank sheet pressing tools. Since our castings are all different (in the best case symmetrical, left and right hand), we perform feasibility analysis (optimally, already during pattern manufacturing phase in our shop) in order to reduce, and if possible avoid, critical points, combining FEM-Simulation results and long-term experience, introducing countermeasure optimisation.
