Milling centre is pattern shop core department: 4 milling machines with working area 6m x 3m, NC controlled, each one with its own tablet to display all documents, always net linked, working 24 hours a day.

We developed all NC-cut path programs for our machinery inside our technical office with 4 Workstations.

In Pattern shop, each activity has been so organized, that each polystyrene slice once milled is going in one of our 5 assembly areas, where our technicians are verifying against CAD-data each pattern during mounting, reducing final verification activity amount.
